‘하나님의 심판은 이렇게 임한다’
본문관찰과 묵상
하나님의 심판은 악한 자, 바벨론을 들어 공동체를 파괴한다. 우상을 섬기며 자랑하던 은과 금은 오물이 되고 약탈당하고 그 것 으로 구원을 받지 못한다. 성소가 더럽힘 당하고 환난을 당한다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
심판을 받은 자와 공동체는 그 때서야 우상이 아닌, 그 어떤 사람도 아닌 하나님이 다스리심을 깨닫게 된다. 하나님의 심판의 목적은 하나님이 하나님 되심의 선포다.
결단과 적용
그러므로 고통과 환난을 겪은 자는 하나님께 회개하고 돌아와야 한다. ‘악인은 그 길을 불의한 자는 그의 생각을 버리고 여호와께로 돌아오라 그리하면 긍휼히 여기시리라 우리 하나님께로 돌아오라 그가 너그럽게 용서하시리라’ (사 55:7). 매일 계속 주님께로 회개하며 돌아온다. 주님 외의 모든 것은 내가 버려야 할 우상이다.

Observation and meditation on the text
First, God uses the wicked to destroy any faith community. Second, what they worship idols with silver and gold will become trash and cannot deliver them from God’s judgment. Third, their sanctuary will be discreated in sufferings with disrespect.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
As a result, only those who have experienced the severity of God’s judgment and salvation will understand that it is not the idols but only God who reigns. The goal of God’s judgment is to declare that the Lord is God.
Decisions and applications
Therefore, I must repent of my sins and return to God at every moment because I have experienced sufferings and afflictions. ‘Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon’ (Isa 55:7). Therefore, at every moment and every day I repent of my sins and return to God. All other things except Jesus Christ is the idols I must destroy every day.
