‘공동체는 사역자의 삶을 책임져야 한다’
본문 관찰과 묵상
하나님은 레위인 에게 거주할 48개 성읍과 초장을 주어 먹고 살수 있게 하셨다. 모든 지파가 많이 받았으면 많게 적게 받았으면 적게 레위인을 위해 성읍과 초장을 주게했다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
공동체는 기업이 없이 하나님의 성전에서 봉사하는 목사나 사역자들이 이 마음껏 주의 일을 감당할수 있도록 삶을 책임져 줘야 한다. 또한 그 중 6개 성읍은 자신들이 도피성으로 사용케했다.
결단과 적용
교회는 사역자들의 삶을 책임져줌으로 염려 걱정 없이 사역을 감당케 해야 한다. 내가 하나님께 받은 축복을 따라 각자가 할 수 있는대로 사역자들의 필요를 돌보아 주어야 한다. 그러다가 내가 혹 실수하여 범죄하면 내가 섬긴 것이 결국 또 나를 섬기게 하기 때문이다. 내가 희생해서 섬긴 것은 결국 내게 다시 돌아온다.

Observation and meditation on the text
God had the Israelites provide the Levites with towns to live and pastures to take care of their flocks. Each tribe must give the Levites towns and pastures out of their inheritances proportionately as much as they had received from God for God’s ministries.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Church must provide the ministers who have not received any inheritances from God with their necessities so that they may serve the Lord and people without worrying about their residence and cost of living. Out of 48 towns, 6 of them were designated as the cities of refuge for the sake of their sinners.
Decisions and applications
Church must take full responsibility to take care of the ministers so that they may serve the Lord and people without worrying about their survival. Therefore, each member of church must take care of the servants by offering necessities out of their inheritance they received from God proportionately as much as they have received. Someday, when I commit sins then, I shall be served by what I have given to the Lord eventually. Whatever I have served the Lord and his servants, it will become my server in turn when I am in trouble due to my sins.
