본문 관찰과 묵상
모세의 명령대로 갓 자손과 르우벤 자손, 그리고 므낫세 반 지파가 요단을 건너가서 그 땅을 정복하면 요단 동편에 있는 아모리 왕과 바산 왕의 땅을 기업으로 줄 것을 약속했다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
갓 자손과 르우벤 자손은 각각 아모리와 바산의 땅에 성읍을 건축하고 양을 위해 우리를 지었다. 므낫세 반 지파가 길르앗을 쳐서 빼앗자 모세가 그 성을 므낫세 의아들 마길에게 주었다.
결단과 적용
공동체는 서로가 신뢰할 때 함께 세워져 간다. 모퉁이 돌 되신 예수 그리스도 안에서 서로 연결되어 주안에서 성전으로 지어져 간다 (엡 2:20-21). 서로 신뢰함으로 교회가 새롭게 세워지게 하소서!

Observation and meditation on the text
As Moses commanded if the Gadites and the Reubenites crossed the Jordan River and conquered the land in Canaan, Moses promised to give the land of Amorites and Bashan on the east side of the Jordan River.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Based upon their mutual trust the Gadites and the Reubenites built their cities and pens in the land of the Amorites and the Bashan respectively. When the half-tribe of Menasseh conquered the city of Gilead, Moses gave it to the Makirites, the descendants of Menasseh.
Decisions and applications
A community is established based upon mutual trust. In Jesus Christ who is the cornerstone the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord (Eph 2:20-21). Lord, renew your church so that she can be established renewed and restored by mutual trust for one another.
