‘성전중심의 삶은 하나님중심의 삶이다.’

시편 기자는 성전에서 사는 참새와 제비를 부러워하며 성전에서 드리는 예배를 사모했다. 예배를 통해 은혜와 힘을 얻기에 악인의 궁전보다 하나님의 성전 문지기로 살기를 원했다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
성전중심의 삶은 하나님중심으로 사는 삶이다. 매일의 삶을 하나님께 거룩한 산 제물로 영적인 예배를 드린다(롬 12:1-2). 예배자에게 주시는 은혜와 힘은 내가 성전이 되게 하신다.
결단과 적용
‘너희가 하나님의 성전인 것과 하나님의 성령이 너희 안에 계시는 것을 알지 못하느냐 누구든지 하나님의 성전을 더럽히면 하나님이 그 사람을 멸하시리라 하나님의 성전은 거룩하니 너희도 그러 하니라’ (고전 3:16-17). 내가 성전이 되게 하소서! 내 안에 거하소서!

Observation and meditation on the text
The psalmist envied the sparrow, and the swallow nested in the temple of God because he wanted to worship God at the temple. He desired to be a doorkeeper at God’s house than dwell in the tents of the wicked.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
To live a temple-centered life is to live God-centered life. Therefore, I offer myself as a living sacrifice every day, which is my spiritual worship (Rom. 12:1-2). God’s grace and power upon a worshiper enables me to become a temple of God.
Decisions and application
‘Don’t you know that you yourselves are Gods’ temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple’ (I Co 3:16-17). Lord, let me be the temple of God! Please reside in me, Lord!
