‘어둠속에 행한 것도 다 보여주신다’

에스겔이430일동안 누워 심판으로 고난 받을 백성의 모습을 몸으로 선포했다. 그후 하나님이 그를 데리고 성전 뜰에서 어둠속에 장로 70명과 안뜰에서 25명이 우상 숭배하는 모습을 보여주었다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
우리도 어둠속에서 우상숭배 하는 것은 하나님도 보지 않으신다 고 생각하고 산다. 그러나 하나님은 다 보시고 하나님의 전에서 가증한 일을 하는 자들을 긍휼 없이 심판하신다.
결단과 적용
‘이스라엘을 지키시는 자는 졸지도 주무시지도 아니 하신다’ (시 121:4). 첫째, 우상숭배로 가증한 일을 하는 자는 심판하신다. 둘째, 핍박과 환난속에서 믿음을 지키는 ‘남은자’는 구원하신다. ‘여호와께서 하늘에서 감찰하사 모든 인생을 보신다.’ (시 33:1-3). 사람에게 보이려 하지 말고 감찰하시는 하나님 그 앞에서 살리라!

Eze 8:1-18
Observation and meditation on the text
Ezekiel prophesied God’s judgement and the sufferings of the sinners by his body for 430 days. After that God took him to the temple of God in Jerusalem and showed Ezekiel 70 elders in the entrance of the court who were worshipping idols in darkness and 25 men in the inner court.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Contemporary Christians may also think that what we are doing in the darkness will be hidden to God. On the contrary, God watches over all of us, and God will judge those who are doing detestable things in the church without mercy.
Decisions and applications
‘He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep’ (Ps. 121:4). Why? First, to judge the idolaters who are doing detestable things. Second, to save the ‘remnant,’ who keep their faith in the middle of sufferings and afflictions. ‘From heaven the Lord looks down and sees all mankind’ (Ps 33:13). Therefore, I will live before God who watches over me instead of living before people.
