‘세상을 다스리시는 하나님을 보라’
본문 관찰과 묵상
에스겔은 네 생물과 함께 수많은 눈들이 달린 수레바퀴 위에서 나는 하나님의 음성을 들었다. 그들에게는 하나님의 영이 있어서 순종하였다. 하나님은 절망속에서도 세상을 다스리고 계신다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
문제를 바라보지 말고 세상 만물을 다스리시는 하나님을 본다. 4 생물과 함께 감찰하는 눈을 가진 바퀴의 둘레에는 수많은 눈이 있고 생물이 가는 곳으로만 가면서 세상을 감찰하고 계신다.
결단과 적용
‘하나님이 나를 위하시면 누가 나를 대적하리요?’ (롬 8:31). ‘이스라엘을 지키시는 자는 졸지도 아니하고 주무시지도 아니 하시리로다’ (시 121:4). 오늘도 나를 지키시고 구원하시려 감찰하시는 주님 때문에 나는 평안을 누린다. ‘기약이 이르면 하나님이 그의 나타내심을 보이시리라’ (딤전 6:15).

Observation and meditation on the text
Ezekiel saw and heard the voice of the Lord from above the 4 living creatures and the rims of the 4 wheels next to them and on the rims, there were full of eyes. There was the spirit of God in them, and they went wherever God went. In the extreme despair, God is still reigning all over the world including me.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
I fix my eyes on Jesus instead of looking at all the problems. God watches over me with the 4 living creatures and the wheels of which the rims were full of eyes, who always moves toward the direction God moves.
Decisions and applications
‘If God is for us who can be against us?’ (Rom 8:31). ‘Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep’ (Ps. 121:4). I really enjoy peace in my heart due to my Lord who keeps and saves me by watching over me all the time. ‘Keep this until God will bring about in his time-God, the blessed and only Ruler, the king of kings and Lord of lords.’ (I Tim. 6:15).
