‘하나님 말씀에 가까이 함이 피난처다’
본문 관찰과 묵상
하나님의 임재 앞에 설 때 악인들이 갑자기 황폐하게 전멸되었음을 깨닫는다. 그리고 내가 얼마나 주 앞에서는 무지한 짐승 같았는지도 깨닫는다. 오직 하나님말씀에 가까이 할 때 그 말씀이 나의 피난처가 된다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
하나님의 말씀 앞에 서면 공의와 정의의 하나님앞에 악인은 결국 전멸됨을 깨닫는다. 말씀이 없이 사는 것이 우매 무지함으로 짐승 처럼 산다. 성소에 들어가고 하나님께 가까이 함은 곧 말씀에 가까이 함이다. 그 말씀자체가 나의 피난처가 된다.
결단과 적용
‘나의 힘이 되신 여호와여 내가 주님을 사랑합니다. 주는 나의 반석, 요새, 건지시는 자, 하나님, 그 안에 피할 바위, 방패, 구원의 뿔, 나의 산성입니다. 내가 찬송 받으실 여호와께 아뢰리니 내 원수들에게서 구원을 얻으리로다’ (시 18:1-3). 주만 바라보리라!

Observation and meditation on the text
I realize the wicked would be eventually destroyed and swept away completely by God only when I stand Coram Deo, in the presence of God. At the same time I realize that I was such a senseless and ignorant as a brute beast unless I am in God’s presence. When I get closer to the words of God, it will become my refuge.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
I realize that the wicked will be destroyed by the righteous and just God only when I stand before God’s presence. If I am not living in the words of God, I will become a senseless and ignorant brute beast. To enter the sanctuary and to get nearer to God means to live according to the words of God, in the presence of God because God is Words. And the words of God will become my refuge.
Decisions and applications
‘I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God is my rock in whom I take refuge, my shield, and my horn of salvation, my stronghold. I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies.’ (Ps 18:1-3). Today, I will fix my eyes upon Jesus only, who is the pioneer and perfecter of my faith!!
