‘회개와 중보기도만이 회복시킨다’
본문 관찰과 묵상
하나님이 세우신 종을 대적하는 것은 곧 하나님을 대적하는 것이다. 죄를 지면 하나님의 임재가 떠나간다. 미리암은 영적 무감각자로 나병에 걸렸다. 아론이 회개하고 중보를 요청했다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
자신을 원망한 미리암을 위해 모세가 부르짖어 기도했다. 하나님은 아버지가 그의 얼굴에 침을 밷은 것처럼 수치스런 일을 했으니 7일동안 격리되어 회개한 후에 받으라고 했다.
결단과 적용
한 사람의 죄는 공동체 전체를 stop 시킨다. 하나님의 임재도 떠난다. 죄 지은 자를 위한 중보기도가 필요하다. 회개한 후에 다시 사역하도록 해야한다. 그러면 공동체도 다시 회복된다.

Observation and meditation on the text
To rebel against the God’s chosen spiritual leader is to revolt against God. If I commit sins, the presence of God disappears in my life. Miriam became a leper because she committed sins out of her spiritual numbness. Aaron repented his sins, and asked Moses for intercessory prayer for Miriam.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Moses cried out to God in his prayer to heal Miriam. He was humble and meek enough to pray for her who criticized him. God told Moses that Miriam should be annihilated from the community for 7 days because she was shameful as a father spat on her face. She could be restored to be a part of the community after that.
Decisions and applications
One person’s sin contaminates the entire community and annihilates itself from God. There is no presence of God among them. Therefore, any community desperately needs to pray for the sinners. The sinner should be accepted by the community after repenting of one’s sins. Then, the person can resume his or her missions. Then, the community shall also be restored.
