‘삶의 우선순위를 정립하라’
1. 본문 관찰 및 묵상
다윗은 먼저 이스라엘 공동체의 영적인 삶의 우선순위를 정립했다. 아삽과 형제를 세워 언약궤 앞에서 섬기게 했고 오벧에돔과 형제를 언약궤를 지키는 문지기로 세웠다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
제사장 사독과 레위인으로 매일 하나님께 번제를 드리게 했다. 헤만과 여두둔을 세워 악기와 목소리 로 감사와 찬양을 드리게 했다. 그후에 자신의 집을 보살폈다.
3. 결단 및 적용
내 삶의 우선순위는 주님께 예배하며 찬양과 감사로 내 자신을 거룩한 산 제물로 드리는 영적 예배자로 사는 것이다.
*오늘의 기도
“너희는 먼저 그의 나라와 그의 의를 구하라 그리하면 네게 필요한 모든 것은 내 손으로 공급하여 주리라” (마 6:33). 내 삶을 돌아 보기전에 먼저 예배자로 살게 하소서. 삶의 우선순위를 잃지 않고 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘Set your priorities in order’
1 Chronicles 16:37-43
1. Observation and meditation on the Text
David prioritized Israel’s spiritual order. He appointed Asaph and his associates to serve continuously before the Ark of the Covenant, and he designated Obed-Edom along with 68 associates to serve as gatekeepers.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
David also appointed Zadok the priest and his fellow priests to present burnt offerings to the Lord daily, both morning and evening, according to the Law. In addition, he appointed Heman, Jeduthun, and others to lead songs of praise and thanksgiving with musical instruments. Only after establishing these spiritual foundations did David and all the people return home to bless their own households.
3. Decision and Application
My highest priority is to offer myself daily as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, living as a dedicated worshiper through praise and thanksgiving.
*Today’s prayer
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." — Matthew 6:33. Lord, before I focus on my own life and personal needs, I want to surrender my daily life completely to You. Help me hold fast to my spiritual priorities and put You first in all things. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
