‘리더는 언제 자신의 몫을 받나?’
본문관찰과 묵상
레아와 라헬의 시녀들이 야곱에게서 낳은 자손들이 마지막으로 땅을 분배 받았다. 야셀, 납달리, 단 자손이었다. 단 자손은 처음 받은 땅을 상실했다. 스스로 레셈을 몰아내고 단이라 불렀다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
내게 주신 축복을 간수하지 못하면 뺏긴다. 그후에는 내가 스스로 싸워 쟁취해야 한다. 단 지파를 통해 배운다. 땅 분배를 다 마친후에 여호수아는 자신의 몫을 마지막에 받았다. 노블리스 오블리제다.
결단과 적용
주의 종으로 나의 삯을 먼저 생각하고 30년 목회하지 않았다. 성도들이 먼저 하나님의 은혜와 축복을 받게 하려고 전심을 다했다. 은퇴 후 내가 요청하지도 않은 은퇴후의 몫을 주어 넉넉하지는 않아도 일상생활에 불편 없이 산다. 내가 원하는 것도 나의 필요만을 위한 것이고 주님이 주시는 몫도 내게 필요한 것만 주신다.

Observation and meditation on the text
The descendants of the handmaidens of Leah and Rachel, Bilha and Zilpah received their allotment lastly. They were the tribes of Asher, Naphtali, and Dan. Dan lost what they inherited. Therefore, they must drive out Leshem by themselves and name it Dan.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
If I am not circumspect to keep what I have received from God as a blessing, I will lose it. After that I must fight to receive God’s blessing by myself. I learned a precious lesson from Dan. Josha received his allotment lastly after distributing inheritance to all other tribes and people. He practiced Nobles’ obligations.
Decisions and applications
I have never thought about my own blessings when I have done my pastoral ministries for the last 30 years. I did my best to have the congregation receive God’s blessings first. Even though I have never asked for my allotment upon my retirement, I am living my daily life satisfactorily even though it is not abundance. What I desire is to meet my basic needs, and what God has given my portion was also to meet my necessities. Praise the Lord!
