‘하나님이 죄인을 구원하시는 이유’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
바벨론에 포로로 끌려가는 유다 백성에게 시편기자는 저들의 조상이 애굽 에서 나와 하나님을 거역했으나 홍해를 갈라 구원하신 이유를 상기시켰다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
죄인을 구원하신 이유는 첫째, 인자하신 주님의 명예를 위해 구원하셨다. 둘째, 천하에 하나님의 이름이 선포되게 하셨다. 셋째, 구원받은 자들이 주의 능력과 말씀을 믿고 주를 찬양하며 섬기게 하심이었다.
3. 결단과 적용
나 같은 죄인을 구원하사 주의 이름이 전파되게 하신 주님을 찬양한다. 내 평생 정의와 공의의 하나님을 전도하고 선교하며 나의 하나님으로 섬기며 살리라
오늘의 기도
나의 구원자 되신 주님을 찬양하며 경배하며 증인이 되어 만방에 전하고 살게 하소서. 이것이 전도와 선교가 되어 주님이 영광 받으시는 삶을 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘Reasons why the Lord saves sinners’
Ps. 106:1-12
1. Observation and Meditation
The Psalmist reflects on the history of Israel, reminding the Jews in Babylonian captivity of their ancestors’ disobedience in the wilderness. Despite their rebellion, the text highlights the profound reasons why the Lord chooses to save sinners.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
Through this passage, I hear the Lord revealing three primary reasons for His salvation. First, He saves to uphold His own holy reputation. Second, to make His mighty power known among all nations. Third, to lead His people to believe in His power and respond with heartfelt praise and worship.
3. Decisions and Applications
I praise the Lord for declaring His holy name throughout the world by saving a sinner like me. In response, I commit to worshipping Him and bearing witness to His just and righteous name. I will seek to evangelize and share His truth with others as an act of worship.
Today's Prayer
Lord, empower me to praise and worship You, my Savior, and to be Your witness to the ends of the earth. Strengthen me to live for Your glory, both through personal evangelism and through supporting world missions. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
