‘3번, 4번째 비유:겨자씨와 누룩’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
예수님이 오심으로 이 땅에 작은 겨자씨와 누룩이 임했다. 예수 생명의 영향력이 영혼들을 살려왔다. 예수의 재림 때 가라지는 불태워 지고 알곡은 해 같이 빛난다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
예수의 초림으로 이 땅에 천국이 세워지기 시작했다. 예수의 재림을 준비하며 오늘을 산다. 천국의 아들들은 악한자의 아들들과 재림 때 까지 공존한다.
3. 결단과 적용
초림과 재림 사이에서 오늘을 어떻게 살 것인가? 앉아서 기다리지 않고 마라나타 주 예수여 어서 오시옵소서! 주도적으로 복음을 전파하여 겨자씨와 누룩이 되어 살리라!
오늘의 기도
겨자씨 정도로 작은 믿음과 보이지 않는 누룩처럼 작은자 이지만 내게 생명주신 주님을 찬양합니다. 내가 전하는 생명의 말씀으로 천국이 계속 이 땅에 세워지게 하소서. 많은 영혼들이 주님께 나와 깃들이고 복음의 영향력이 누룩처럼 퍼져 나가게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다.
‘The 3rd and 4th parable: the Parables of the Mustard Seed and Yeast’
Mt. 13:31-43
1. Observation and Meditation
With the first coming of Jesus, the gospel entered the world like a mustard seed and yeast. Since then, the mighty impact of His life has saved a multitude of souls. Upon the Parousia (the Second Coming), the weeds will be burned, and the wheat will shine brightly in God’s kingdom.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
Through this text, I hear the Lord reminding me that His kingdom has been established on earth since His first coming. As I prepare for the Parousia, I recognize that the children of God and the children of the evil one will coexist in a state of ongoing strife and tension.
3. Decisions and Applications
How should I live in this "in-between" time? I will not simply sit and wait. Instead, I will proactively pray, "Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus!" By witnessing for Christ, I commit to living as a small mustard seed and a bit of yeast in this world.
Today's Prayer
Lord, although my faith may seem as small as a mustard seed or a pinch of yeast, I praise You for giving me new life. Please continue to establish Your kingdom through me as I witness to the life-giving message of Jesus Christ. May multitudes come to find rest for their souls in Him, and may the power of the gospel spread until it has transformed the whole "dough" of this world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
