본문 관찰과 묵상
유월절 다음날 애굽의 신들이 벌을 받아 모든 장자들이 장사 지낼때 이스라엘은 출애굽했다. 광야에서 엘림같은 오아시스도 만나고 홍해도 건너 르비딤 반석에서 나온 물도 마시고 살았다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
시내광야에서 율법과 성막을 받았으나 기브롯핫다와에서 탐욕 으로 죽임 당하고 가데스바네아의 불신앙으로 40년 방황도 했다. 호르산에서 아론과 함께 1세대는 죽고 가나안에 못 들어갔다.
결단과 적용
때때로 나의 삶의 과거를 돌아보며 살아야 한다. 은혜로 구원받았으나 주님을 배반하고 내 뜻대로 산 것은 없는가? 불순종 은 패망의 선봉이니 오늘도 주님 뜻대로 순종하며 살아가리라!

Observation and meditation on the text
The Israelites set out from Egyptian bondage the day after the Passover when all the first born Egyptians were buried as a result of God’s judgment on all the Egyptian gods. The Israelites were restored at the oasis of Elem, crossed the Red Sea, and survived by the water gushing from a rock at Rephidim.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
The Israelites received the Law and the Tabernacle in the desert of Sinai, but many were killed at Kibroth Hattaavah due to their covetousness. Their disobedience at Kadesh caused them to wander in the wilderness for 40 years. The first generation died in the wilderness along with Aaron on Mt Hor. They could not enter Canaan.
Decisions and applications
From time to time it is meaningful for me to look back on my past life. Is there anything I live by my own will as I betray my Savior since I have been saved by the grace of the Passover Lamb of Jesus? Since disobedience is the short cut for failure, I will live today not by my will but by God’s will.
