‘하나님을 대적하는 자들의 종말’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
악인을 향한 하나님의 공의의 심판은 니느웨 를 회복 불가능하게 파괴한다. 산성, 장정들, 상인들, 방백들도 왕과 함께 망한다. 그들에게 행패 당한 사람들이 기뻐한다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
“악인들은 오직 바람에 나는 겨와 같도다” (시 1:4). 그들의 종말은 완전한 멸망이다.
3. 결단과 적용
의인은 “시냇가에 심은 나무가 철을 따라 열매를 맺으며 그 잎사귀가 마르지 아니함 같으니 모든 일이 다 형통하리로다” (시 1:3). 종말을 준비하며 오늘을 살아가리라.
오늘의 기도
주여, 오늘의 나의 삶이 순종함으로 내일의 형통함을 준비하는 하루 되게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘The end of those who oppose God’
Nahum 3:12–19
1. Observation and meditation on the text
God’s righteous judgment on the wicked is total and irreversible; He will destroy Nineveh beyond recovery. The fortress, troops, merchants, and guards will all be wiped out alongside their king. Ultimately, those who suffered under Nineveh's cruelty will rejoice at its final destruction.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
I hear the Lord reminding me that "the wicked are like chaff that the wind blows away" (Psalm 1:4). The ultimate end of a wicked life is unrecoverable destruction.
3. Decisions and applications
In contrast, the righteous "will be like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers" (Psalm 1:3). With this truth in mind, I will live intentionally today to prepare well for the end of my life.
Today's Prayer
Lord, please let my obedient life today prepare me for the final day of my life, so that I may prosper in You. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
