‘믿는 자는 축복을 핍박 자는 멸망을’
본문관찰과 묵상
여호와의 날에 하나님이 온 천하의 왕이 되신다. 예루살렘은 우뚝 서고 예루살렘은 저주 없는 축복이 임한다. 온 땅은 아라바같이 평 지 가 된다. 핍박자는 멸망당하나 믿는 자에게는 축복이 임한다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
하나님의 다스림과 그 말씀에 순종하는 자는 흥하고 불순종하는 자는 망한다. 사람들을 선동해서 예수를 죽인자들은 자손대대로 멸망하나 예수와 함께 죽은 자들은 자손 대대로 축복이 임한다.
결단과 적용
‘내가 사는 것이 그리스도니 죽는 것도 유익함이라’ (빌 1:21). 나는 계속 죄에 대해 죽으며 산다. 그 때 마다 나는 의에 대해 매일 부활한다. ‘하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻’ (롬 12:2)이 무엇인지 매일 QT 말씀과 기도를 통해 깨닫고 듣게 하신다. 나의 육신의 생각을 못박아 버리고 영의 생각으로 오늘도 순종하며 산다.

Observation and meditation on the text
On the Day of the Lord, God reigns all over the world sovereignly. Jerusalem will be raised up highly and blessed without any condemnation. Under God’s reign, all the world will become flat like Arabah plain. The persecutors shall be destroyed but the believers will be blessed.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Those who are obedient to God’s words and reign will be prosperous while the disobedient perish. The instigators who crucify Jesus will perish from generation to generation while those who have been crucified with Jesus Christ will be prosperous from generation to generation.
Decisions and applications
‘To me to live is Christ and to die is to gain’ (Phil. 1:21). I consistently crucify my sinfulness every day. At every moment I am resurrected to God’s righteousness. Every day through QT and prayers I discern, hear what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will. Therefore, today I crucify my fleshly desire and obey God’ will by the mind of the Holy Spirit.
