‘고난속에서 받는 은혜로 예수중심의 삶을 산다’

본문관찰과 묵상

     스가랴가 첫 환상을 본 후, 성전재건이 시작된 지  2년후에 9번째 환상을 보았다.   하나님은 저들이 70년 동안 5월, 7월에 행 하는  금식을 받지 않고 불순종에 진노하셨다.  하나님은 순종을 원하신다. 

QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성

     불순종한 유대인들로 아름다운 땅이 황폐하게 되었기에 하나님은 저들을 디아스포라로 흩어 알지 못하던 여러 나라에 흩으셨다.   종교적 행위가 나를 구원하지 못한다.  믿음의 순종이 구원한다.  

결단과 적용

     24살 때 중생한후 완벽하지는 않아도 주님께 순종하며 살았다.  은퇴후에 큰 환난을 만나 힘들었지만 고난가운데 순종함을 또 배우며 살게 하신 주님을 찬양한다.  고난 가운데 주시는 은혜는 오직 주님만 바라고 순종하고 주님의 영광만을 위해 살게 하시기에

평안한때 체험한 은혜와는 비교할 수가 없다.  감사드린다.

Observation and meditation on the text

     After receiving the 1^st vision from God and 2 years after the rebuilding of the temple of God had begun, Zechariah received the 9^th vision from God.  God declared that he had never accepted people’s fasting in the 5^th and 7^th month during the 70 years of Babylonian captivity.  Rather, God got angry to their disobedience.  God wants me to obey his words than showing off vague and meaningless religious activities. 

I hear the voice of the Lord through QT

     God scattered the Jews to many nations where they became strangers because their disobedience caused the pleasant land desolate.  Religious activities never save me from eternal death.  Obedience by faith in Jesus Christ saves my life from it.    

Decisions and applications

     Since I was born again at the age of 24, I have obeyed God’s words even though I am far away from perfection.  Upon retirement I was struck by an unprecedented suffering.  However, I praise the Lord because I began to learn how to obey the Lord in the middle of afflictions.  God’s grace I receive from sufferings has enabled me to fix my eyes upon Jesus only so that I may hear his voice and obey him so that I may live only for His Glory, which cannot be compared with God’s grace I receive in peaceful times.  Thank you Lord, for such immense grace!
