‘하나님의 구원의 목적을 잊지 말라’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
하나님은 자기이름의 명예를 위해 구원 하신다. 택한 자를 향한 인자와 성실로 구원하신다. 믿지 않는 사람들에게 하나님의 구원을 선포하는 선교적인 사역이다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
그러므로 구원받은 이스라엘과 나처럼 구원받은 모든 이방인들은 소리 내어 구원자를 찬양 하며 온 세계에 그를 전파하는 선교사로 살아야 한다.
3. 결단과 적용
하나님이 나를 구원하신 목적은 하나님이 누구 이신지를 알게 하려 함이 목적이다. 나 같은 죄인이 구원 받음 으로 그의 인자와 성실이 선포된다. 그를 전하며 살리라!
오늘의 기도
“나의 힘이신 여호와여 내가 주를 사랑 하나이다. 주는 나의 반석 이시요, 나의 요새시요 나를 건지시는 이시요 나의 하나님 이시요 내가 그 안에 피할 나의 바위시요 나의 방패시요 나의 구원의 뿔 이시요 나의 산성 이시로다. 내가 찬송 받으실 여호와께 아뢰리니 내 원수들에게서 구원을 얻으리로다” (시 18:1-3). 오늘 나의 찬송이 되게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘!
‘Never forget the purpose of God’s salvation’
Ps. 98:1–9
1. Observation and Meditation
God saves us for the sake of His own name. He redeems His chosen people through His steadfast love and faithfulness. Ultimately, God’s salvation is a missional ministry; it is intended to declare His saving power to all the nations of the world.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
Through this reflection, I hear the Lord speaking: Both Israel and Gentiles like myself must live as missionaries. We are called to proclaim God’s salvation and offer Him praise in the presence of all nations.
3. Decisions and Applications
The purpose of salvation is to reveal to the world who the true Savior and God is. God’s love and faithfulness are proven and proclaimed to the world through the salvation of a sinner like me. Today, I commit to being His witness.
Today's Prayer
"I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies" (Ps. 18:1–3). Lord, let this be my praise and my witness today. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
