‘새 언약은 율법이 아닌 믿음의 새 부대로’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
새 언약으로 오신 신랑 예수가 있을 때는 함께 기뻐할 때다. 생베를 낡은 옷에 붙이지 않고 새 포도주를 낡은 가죽부대에 넣지 않는다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
죽은 딸을 살려달라고 온 회당장 이나 12해 동안 혈루병을 앓던 여인이 율법을 지켜 산 것이 아니다. 저들은 절대주권을 가진 하나님이신 예수를 절대믿음으로 나았다.
3. 결단과 적용
“네 믿음이 너를 구원하였다” 고 하신 말씀은 이제 율법을 지켜서가 아니라 오직 율법을 사랑으로 완성하신 (롬 13:10) 예수 그리스도를 믿는 믿음으로 구원함을 얻는다. 생 베 조각과 새 부대는 구 언약을 사랑으로 완성하신 예수를 믿는 믿음이다.
오늘의 기도
“너희는 그 은혜를 인하여 믿음으로 말미암아 구원을 얻었으니 이는 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라 행위에서 난 것이 아니니 이는 누구든지 자랑하지 못하게 하려 함이라” (엡 2:8-9). “나의 나 됨은 하나님의 은혜요…내가 다른 사도들보다 더 많이 수고하였으나 이는 내가 한 것이 아니요 오직 내 안에 계신 하나님의 은혜로다” (고전 15:31). 오늘도 나를 지으 시고 변화시켜 사용하시는 주님만 자랑하며 증거하며 살게 하소서!
‘The New Covenant is my faith in the New Wineskin, Jesus’
Mt. 9:14-26
1. Observation and Meditation
When Jesus Christ, the Bridegroom and the New Covenant, is with us, we do not fast. However, if I feel the absence of Jesus’ presence in my life, that is the time to fast—to seek and recover my connection with Him. I must never sew a patch of unshrunk cloth onto an old garment, nor pour the "New Wine" of Jesus into the "Old Wineskin" of the Law.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
The synagogue leader, Jairus—who asked Jesus to raise his daughter—and the woman who had been bleeding for twelve years were not saved by their adherence to the Law. Instead, they placed their total faith in the sovereignty of Jesus, who is the New Wineskin and the New Covenant.
3. Decisions and Applications
Jesus' words to the bleeding woman, “Your faith has healed you,” are clear: she was not restored by righteous actions or legalistic rituals, but by her faith in Jesus. He is the one who fulfilled the Law through His perfect love (Romans 13:10).
Today's Prayer
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
“By the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me” (1 Co. 15:10).
Therefore, today I will continue witnessing for Jesus, who is constantly changing me and using me as an instrument for His glory.
