‘하나님을 사랑하지 않아 모세도 믿지 않는다’
본문관찰과 묵상
예수를 증거한자가 누구인가? 세례요한, 예수가 행한 기사이적, 그리고 성령과 하나님이 증거했다. 그리고 성경말씀전체가 예수가 주는 영생을 증거했다. 그들이 예수를 믿지 않은 이유는 하나님을 사랑하지 않았기 때문이다.
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
예수대신 거짓선지자나 적그리스도를 믿었다. 하나님을 사랑하지 않기에 죄를 깨우치는 율법도 믿지 않았다. 구약과 모세의 글을 읽을때도 마음이 완고하여 수건이 마음을 덮어 모세가 예언한 예수를 믿지 않았다.
결단과 적용
하나님을 사랑하는 자는 성령으로 거듭나 속사람에 성령이 충만하여 마음이 성전이 된 사람이다. 하나님은 사랑이시기에 (요일 4:8), 하나님을 사랑하는 자는 그가 보내신 예수를 사랑하고 그의 말씀을 사랑하여 사랑으로 율법을 완성한다 (롬 13:10). 내 마음이 사랑으로 충만할 때 나의 삶에 하나님의 임재와 하나님의 영광이 충만하여 성령으로 육의 행실을 다스리며 승리하며 살리라

Observation and meditation on the text
Who did witness Jesus? They were John the Baptist, miracles and wonders Jesus performed as God, and the Holy Spirit and God himself witnessed Jesus as Messiah and Christ. Furthermore, the entire OT witnessed Jesus who would give us eternal life. Since they did not love God, they did not believe in Jesus who was sent by God.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
People believed in the false prophets and Anti-Christ instead of Jesus Christ. Since they did not love God, they did not believe the Law which convicted sins of people. Since their heart was dull, they covered their heart with veil when they read the OT and the words of Moses who prophesied Jesus Christ the Savior and Lord.
Decisions and applications
Those who are born again love God and their inner being is strengthened and becomes the temple of God so that Jesus Christ dwells in their inner being by the power of the Holy Spirit. Since God is love (I John 4:8), if I love God I love Jesus Christ who has been sent to me by God, and I love Jesus’ words, and I fulfill all the Law by the love of Jesus Christ (Rom 13:10). When my inner being is strengthened with God’s love by the power of the Holy Spirit, there is God’s presence and glory in my life so that my inner being becomes the temple of God. Then, I can subdue my fleshly desire by the power of God and live a victorious life every day.
