‘성령으로 고백하는 사랑’
본문관찰과 묵상
본문 관찰과 묵상: 예수를 하나님의 아들로 시인하고 믿는 자 안에는 하나님의 사랑이 온전히 거한다. 하나님은 사랑 그 자체다. 하나님께서 우리를 먼저 사랑하셨기에 그 사랑을 입은 우리 또한 마땅히 이웃을 먼저 사랑해야 한다. 입으로는 사랑을 말하면서 마음으로 형제를 미워하는 자는 거짓말하는 자이며 그 안에 예수가 없는 것과 다름없다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
“온전한 사랑은 두려움을 내쫓는다. 사랑은 죽음만큼이나 강렬하고 견고하다 (아 8:6). 눈에 보이는 형제조차 사랑하지 못하면서 보이지 않는 하나님을 사랑한다고 하는 것은 모순이다. 하나님을 진정으로 사랑하는 사람의 증거는 그의 삶에서 형제 사랑으로 나타난다.
결단과 적용
성령이 아니고는 누구도 예수를 주라 시인 할 수 없다’ (고전 12:3). 나는 예수의 그 큰 사랑으로 생명을 얻었기에, 때로 배신과 상처를 겪을지라도 사랑하기를 멈추지 않겠다. 예수도, 바울도, 스데반도 죽음 앞에서도 그 사랑의 길을 걸어갔다. 사랑은 죽음보다 강하기에 나는 죽음조차 두려워하지 않는다. 오늘도 그 사랑의 힘으로 하루를 살아내겠다.

Observation and meditation on the text
If I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, then God’s love resides in me because God is love. Just as God loved me first, I am called to love others first. If I claim to love God but harbor hatred for others, I am a liar; in such a state, the presence of Jesus is not truly me.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Through my Quiet Time, I hear the Lord saying: If I love God and people, I am set free from all fear. Therefore, love is as strong as death (Song of Solomon 8:6). If I cannot love the people who are visible, I cannot truly love the God who is invisible. To love God is to love people.
Decisions and applications
“No one can say, Jesus is Lord’ except by the Holy Spirit” (I Co. 12:3). Because I have been loved by Jesus, I have the strength to love even those who have betrayed me. Jesus, Paul and Stephen loved people deeply, yet they were betrayed unto death. However, because love is as strong as death, I do not feat the end of my life. I continually love others, even if that love leads to betrayal or death.
