‘하나님이 정한 질서대로 살라!’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
군주가 아들에게 준 것은 그의 기업이다. 종에 게 준 것은 희년에 다시 군주에게 돌려야 한다. 군주는 백성의 기업 을 뺏지 못한다. 돌아온 디아스포라에게 큰 소망을 주는 규례다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
제사장은 지정된 안뜰의 거룩한 방에서 제물을 준비하고 레위인은 지정된 바깥들의 거룩한 방에서 준비한다. 하나님이 정한 질서대로 살 때 모두가 거룩한 삶을 산다.
3. 결단과 적용
가정이나 교회에서도 하나님이 부모와 자녀에게, 또 목사와 성도들에게도 각각 거룩하게 구별된 삶을 살도록 각각 지켜 야 할 영적 질서가 있다. 각자가 잘 지킬 때 공동체 전체가 건강하다.
오늘의 기도
주여 오늘도 종에게 원로목사가, 또 순회선교사가 지켜야 할 거룩하게 구별된 삶을 살라는 영적 질서를 주셨습니다. 그 질서대로 끝까지 말없이 이름없이 빛도없이 말씀으로 섬기며 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도 합니다. 아멘.
‘Live by God’s job descriptions’
Ezekiel 46:16-24
1. Observation and meditation on the text
If a prince gives a gift of inheritance to his son, it belongs to the son permanently. However, if the prince gives a gift to a servant, it must be returned to the prince in the Year of Jubilee.
Furthermore, the prince must never plunder the people's inheritance. This divine order establishes boundaries that offer great hope to the diaspora when they return home.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
The priests must prepare offerings in the designated holy rooms of the inner court, while the Levites prepare offerings in the outer court. When every individual faithfully follows God's specific job description, the community as a whole lives a holy life.
3. Decisions and applications
God has established spiritual job descriptions for every sphere of life—at home and at church, for parents and children, and for pastors and congregations. When every member of the community obeys their God-given role, the entire community remains healthy, holy, and functioning in harmony.
Today's Prayer
"Thank You, Lord, for giving me specific spiritual job descriptions as a pastor emeritus and an itinerant missionary. Empower me to follow Your order faithfully, serving people with the gospel without seeking human fame or recognition. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen."
