‘진리와 화평으로 살면 부흥하리라’
본문관찰과 묵상
하나님은 진리와 화평으로 살면 부흥하리라고 약속했다. 진리로 사는 것은 하나님과의 관계속에서 사는 것이다. 화평은 사람과의 관계속에서 사는 것이다. 내 삶이 십자가위에 세워지면 부흥한다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
내가 이렇게 변화 받아 살면 많은 사람들이 내가 속한 공동체를 찾아온다. 저들이 나처럼 여호와께 은혜를 받자고 몰려온다. 나 한사람을 보고 10명이 하나님께로 데려가 달라고 요청하리라.
결단과 적용
이것이 진정한 부흥이다. 나의 변화 받은 삶, 진리와 화평의 삶을 보며 사람들이 하나님의 은혜를 받고 싶어 찾아온다. 내가 변하면 많은 사람들을 변화시키는 복이 되어 살수 있다. 오늘도 다른 사람의 변화를 요구하지 않고 내 자신이 스스로 변하기 위해 사택의 지하실이 말씀과 기도의 방, 내가 변화 받는 방이 되게 하리라!
‘Revival results from my life of truth and peace’
Zec 8:18-23
Observation and meditation on the text
God prophesied a great revival if I live a life of truth and peace. To live a life of truth means to have a personal relationship with Jesus, who is the truth. To live a life of peace means to have a personal peaceful relationship with my neighbors. If my life is established on the cross, I will experience a great revival.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
If I live such a transformed life, then people will come to my faith community which I belong to. They will come to receive the grace of God as they witness that I have received such grace from God. 10 people will take firm hold of me to take them to the Lord because they say the Lord is with me.
Decisions and applications
This is the true revival. People want to come to God to receive the same grace of God as I have received as they witness my blessed life. If I am transformed, I can live as a blessing to those who want to be changed too. Therefore, today I stopped asking others to be changed, but I will go down to the basement to the gap for doing QT and prayers to be transformed myself every day.
