‘자원해 헌신하는 리더’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
다윗은 성전건축을 위해 공적인 재산은 물론 사적인 재산도 다 내어놓아 헌신하였다. 자원해 헌신하는 리더의 영향력은 크다. 모든 지도자들과 백성들이 따라 헌신했다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
하나님의 일은 자원하여 기쁜 마음 으로 감당한다. 리더 한 사람의 헌신이 이스라엘 백성 전체의 헌신 으로 이어졌다. 자원하는 헌신을 하나님은 기쁘게 받으신다.
3. 결단과 적용
나의 사역은 끝까지 자원함으로 모든 것을 다 드려 헌신한다. 30년 목회를 아내와 함께 전심을 다해 헌신하게 능력 주신 주님을 찬양한다.
*오늘의 기도
“각각 은사를 받은대로 하나님의 여려가지 은혜를 맡은 선한 청지기 같이 서로 봉사하라” (벧전 4:9-10). 끝까지 자원하여 헌신하게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도 합니다. 아멘.
‘A leader must volunteer to serve’
1 Chronicles 29:1-9
1. Observation and Meditation on the text
David voluntarily offered his personal treasures alongside the nation’s wealth to build the temple of God. A leader’s willing sacrifice inspires unity, moving both leaders and the people to serve together.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
I am called to carry out God’s mission willingly, voluntarily, and with joy. One leader’s sacrificial example can ignite a wave of voluntary dedication across the entire community. God delights in and joyfully accepts such heart-felt offerings.
3. Decisions and Applications
My ministry philosophy is to give everything I have faithfully and voluntarily to the very end. I praise the Lord for enabling my wife and me to dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly to His mission over the last 30 years.
*Today’s prayer
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” — 1 Peter 4:10. Lord, empower me so that I may serve You and Your people fully, faithfully, and voluntarily all the way to the end. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
