‘다른 사람들이 모여 하나됨이 교회다’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
각각 다른 사람들이 모여 그리스도의 몸의 지체가 되어 하나된 것이 교회다. 한 성령으로 세례 받아 한 몸이 되어 한 성령을 마신다. 다름을 통해 하나됨이 교회다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
손, 발, 귀, 눈, 코는 다 다르다. 다른 것이 모여 한 몸을 이루듯 유대인, 헬라인, 종, 자유자 들이 모여 한 성령안에서 한 몸을 이루며 산다. 기적이다.
3. 결단과 적용
다름을 인정할 때 다름은 아름답다. 다른 것이 잘못된 것이 아니다. 각각 다른 지체가 하나 될 수 있는 길은 성령으로 거듭나 하나님의 자녀가 되어 한 몸을 이루며 산다.
오늘의 기도
주여, 가정과 교회와 PGM이 한 성령안에서 모든 지체가 그리스도의 몸을 이루어 하나되어 주님께 순종하며 하나되어 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘Different people live in unity in the church’
I Co. 12:12-20
1. Observation and Meditation on the Text
The church is a place where diverse individuals live in unity as distinct parts of the body of Christ. We are all baptized by one Spirit into one body and given the one Spirit to drink. The true essence of the church is diversity in unity.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord through QT
Every part of the body, whether the hand, foot, ear, eye, or nose, is entirely different from the others. Yet, just as these different parts form a single physical body, diverse people (whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free) come together to form the one body of Christ through the Holy Spirit. It is a true miracle.
3. Decisions and Applications
When I truly acknowledge our differences, I see that difference itself is beautiful. Being different is not wrong; rather, it is unique. The only way for such diverse people to be united is through regeneration by the Holy Spirit. In Him, we are united as the children of God.
Today's Prayer
Lord, let my family, my church, and PGM be united as one body of Christ by the same Spirit. May all of us be obedient to You, the Lord, who is the head of the body. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
