‘회복된 백성과 맺는 평화의 언약’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
하나님은 나를 회복시킨 후에 내가 깨트린 화평의 언약 을 다시 맺는다. 하나님이 사람과 맺은 언약을 하나님 은 지키신다. 육신적 평안과 더불어 항상 하나님이 함께 하신다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
하나님은 약속을 죄로 깨트린 나를 버리지 않고 다시 찾아 회복시켜 새 화평의 언약을 맺어 주신다. 나를 포기하지 않고 다시 회복시켜 쓰시는 주님을 찬양한다.
3. 결단과 적용
“하나님은 인생이 아니시니 식언치 아니하시고 인자가 아니시니 후회가 없으시다. 어찌 그 말씀하신 바를 행하지 않으시며 하신 말씀을 실행하지 않으시랴” (민 23:19).
오늘의 기도
나는 수없이 주님과의 약속을 깨트렸어도 주님은 나와 세우신 약속, 즉 언약을 끝까지 지켜서 회복해 주시니 감사 합니다. 나도 능력 받아 끝까지 지켜 나가게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘God makes a new covenant of peace with me’
Ezekiel 34:25–31
1. Observation and meditation on the text
After restoring my soul, God takes the initiative to establish a new covenant of peace with me, even though I was the one who broke the original. As the Wounded Healer, it is God—not I—who restores our broken relationship. This covenant brings not only physical safety, but also deep spiritual peace through His abiding presence with me always.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
God never disowns me when I fail to keep our mutual promises. Instead, He saves me and initiates the restoration of our relationship once again. I praise the Lord, who never abandons me, but continually restores me so that I may be used as His instrument.
3. Decisions and applications
"God is not human, that He should lie, not a human being, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?" (Num. 23:19).
Today's Prayer
Lord, I praise You for taking the initiative to restore my broken relationship with You caused by my sins, establishing a new covenant of peace. Empower me through the Holy Spirit so that I may faithfully keep my promises to You for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
