‘교회가 분쟁 없이 하나 될 수 있는 길’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
성도들이 교회안에서 약한 지체를 서로 돌아볼 때 하나가 된다. 직분의 타이틀을 가진 중요한 리더들이 덜 중요하게 보이는 지체들을 섬길 때 하나가 된다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
교회에서 받은 직분이 중요하다. 그러나 그 직분이 계급적인 것이 아니라 섬김의 직분이 될 때 교회는 하나가 된다.
3. 결단과 적용
더 강한자와 더 중요한 타이틀을 가진 직분자가 약하고 덜 중요하게 보이는 지체를 섬기는 교회가 건강하다. 30년 섬김으로 살았다. 앞으로도 계속 그렇게 살 것이다.

‘How can a church be united without splitting’
I Co. 12:21–31
1. Observation and Meditation
When the members of a church genuinely care for one another, it brings about unity. Specifically, when key leaders who hold leadership titles serve those who seem less important, it fosters deep unity within the body.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord through QT
God's ordained titles within a church are important. However, when these titles are viewed not as a hierarchy but as a functional call to serve others, they bring about true unity.
3. Decisions and Applications
Any church where the leaders serve the less prominent members is a healthy church. Having served as a senior pastor for 30 years before retiring, my goal is to keep serving people until the very end.

Lord, let me live like a grain of wheat that must fall and die so that it may continually bear fruit. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
