‘어떻게 하면 교회가 부흥하는가?’
본문 관찰과 묵상
교회의 부흥은 하나님이 일으키신다. 하나님이 일으키시는 부흥의 물결을 탈줄알아야 한다. 첫째, 지체들이 기능적으로 유기적 공동체가 되도록 기능의 물결을 타야한다. 목회자는 말씀과 기도에 전념하는 기능을 회복하여야 한다.
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
도들은 과부를 섬기는 일이나 모든 사역에 전심을 다하는 기능의 물결을 타야 목회자들이 말씀과 기도에 전념할수 있다. 그래서 교회는 계급적 직분의 구조가 아닌 기능적 직분의 구조로 환골탈태 해야 한다.
결단과 적용
교회가 기능적으로 유기적 공동체가 되면 말씀이 점점 왕성하여진다. 교회가 양적인 부흥도 체험한다. 허다한 구약의 제사장들도 계급적 구조를 벗고 기능적으로 지체의 몫을 감당하였다. 그럴때 교회가 부흥을 체험한다. 이런 제 2의 부흥의 역사가 일어나기를 기도한다.

Observation and meditation on the text
It is God who revives churches. Then, Christians in a local church must know how to enjoy the waves of God’s revival. First, all the members should know how to surf the waves of functional and organic church. Pastors must restore their own function by dedicating themselves to the living word of God and prayers.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Each member of a church must know how to surf the functional waves of revival by dedicating themselves to serving ministries in a church so that pastors may major in preaching and prayer ministries as their function. Then, a church of Christ shall experience the transformation of church from hierarchical structure to functional organic community.
Decisions and applications
If any church is being transformed into a functional pastoral church, then the word of God shall spread greatly. Churches experience numerical growth. Many priests took off their hierarchical outer garment but dedicated themselves into functional parts of the organic church’s ministries. And they experienced a great revival. I also pray that Antioch Church will experience that kind of revival again!
