‘예수님의 질문에 대답 할 수 있나?’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
바리새인과 율법사의 질문에 예수는 가장 큰 계명은 하나님과의 수직적 관계가 첫째요 사람과의 수평적 관계라고 대답했다. 그러나 예수의 질문에는 대답하지 못했다
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
그리스도는 누구의 자손이냐? 그들이 대답하지 못한 것을 나는 대답한다. 다윗은 예수를 자신의 그리스도라 고백했기에 예수는 다윗의 조상이다.
3. 결단과 적용
예수는 육신적으로 다윗의 후손으로 오셨지만 영적으로는 창조 전부터 계셨던 다윗의 조상이었다. 증거는 “다윗이 예수를 그리스도 주라 칭하였다” (마 22:45).
오늘의 기도
다윗이 예수를 자신의 그리스도라고 고백했듯이 (마 22:45), 베드로가 “주는 그리스도시요 살아계신 하나님의 아들 이십 니다” (마 16:16) 라고 고백했듯이 나도 성령의 감동으로 그렇게 고백하게 하심을 감사합니다. “성령이 아니고는 누구든지 예수를 주라 고백 할 수 없느니라” (고전 12:3). 주여 오늘도 성령의 감동 으로 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다.

Mt. 22:34–46
1. Observation and Meditation
Jesus responded to the Pharisees and a scribe by explaining that the greatest commandment involves two dimensions: my vertical relationship with God and my horizontal relationship with others. However, when Jesus turned the tables and asked them a question about the nature of the Messiah, they were unable to answer.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
While the religious leaders of that time remained silent, I can answer Jesus’ question through faith. Because David confessed that the Messiah was his personal "Lord," it reveals that Jesus—though a descendant of David—is also David’s eternal predecessor and Savior.
3. Decisions and Applications
Physically, Jesus came to us as a descendant of David; however, spiritually, He existed before creation as David’s Lord. As Matthew 22:45 says, “If David then calls him ‘Lord,’ how can he be his son?” This proves Jesus’ divinity. I choose to acknowledge Him not just as a historical figure, but as my spiritual authority.
Today's Prayer
Lord, just as David confessed that the Messiah was his Lord and Peter declared, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God” (Mt. 16:16), I also confess that Jesus is my Christ and Savior.
I thank You that "no one can say, 'Jesus is Lord,' except by the Holy Spirit" (1 Cor. 12:3). Please fill me and inspire me with Your Spirit today. May my life be a witness to the truth that Jesus is my Lord and Messiah.
