‘보혜사 성령이 내게 임하시면 일어나는 일’
본문관찰과 묵상
예수가 승천하여 아버지께로 가면 보혜사 성령을 보내실 것을 약속했다. 그 성령은 내 안에 거하신다. 믿는 자들이 받을 그리스도의 이름으로 오시는 부활한 예수의 영이다. 그 성령이 임하면 내 배에서 생수의 강이 흘러나온다
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
그 성령은 예수를 사랑함으로 예수의 계명을 잘 지키게 한다. 그들을 아버지께서 사랑하시고 예수도 사랑하여 자신을 나타내신다. 오직 구원받은 사람만이 예수가 마련한 거처에서 함께 산다. 예수의 말은 곧 하나님의 말이다.
결단과 적용
이미 성령의 능력으로 예수를 구세주와 주인으로 모시고 믿는자는 부활의 영 보혜사와 함께 한다. 파라 클레이토스 는 ‘내 곁에 서서 나를 변호하는 변호사’다. 주님이 그 보혜사 성령으로 함께 하시니 나는 두려울 것이 없다. 오늘도 그 성령에 충만하여 예수를 증거하며 산다.

Observation and meditation on the text
When Jesus was ascended to heaven to his Father, Jesus promised that he would send another Advocate for believers, the Holy Spirit who would reside in me. It is the Spirit of Resurrected Christ for believers. When that Advocate comes to me rivers of living water will flow from within me.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Advocate enables me to keep Jesus’ commandment because I live Jesus. Father God loves them, and Jesus will reveal himself out of love for them. Only the saved ones will reside with Jesus. Jesus’ word is God’s word.
Decisions and applications
Since I have been saved by believing in Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord Advocate who is the resurrected Spirit will reside in me. Advocate is Para Cleitos in Greek, which means a Lawyer who stands next to me to defend me. Since Jesus is with me as my Advocate, the resurrected Spirit of Jesus, I am not afraid of anything. Therefore, today I keep on witnessing Jesus as I am filled with Advocate, the Holy Spirit of the resurrected Jesus Christ.
