‘음행과 우상숭배의 누룩은 교회에서 제거하라!’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
교회안에서의 음행 같은 누룩은 제거해서 교회의 거룩성을 지켜야 한다. 교회 밖 세상에서 음행하는 자, 우상숭배자는 하나님이 심판하나 교회 안에서는 제거한다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
교회안의 누룩은 그냥 두면 은밀히 퍼져나간다. 영적으로 분별하여 제거해야 한다.
3. 결단과 적용
“우리의 유월절 양 예수 그리스도께서 희생 되셨느니라” (고전 5:7). “누룩이 없이 오직 순전함과 진실 함의 떢으로 유월절 명절을 지켜라” (고전 5:8).
오늘의 기도
주여 내가 먹는 떡이 음행과 우상숭배의 더러운 누룩있는 떡이 되지 않게 하소서. 순전함과 진실의 떡인 예수님의 말씀만 먹음으로 거룩하게 구별된 삶을 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘!
‘Get rid of the yeast of sexual immorality and idolatry from the Church of Jesus’
I Co. 5:1–13
1. Observation and Meditation
The Church of Jesus Christ must remove the "yeast" of evil—such as sexual immorality and idolatry—to preserve her holiness. While God will judge those outside the church, the church is responsible for addressing and removing such sin when it is found within her own walls.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord through QT
I hear the Lord’s warning: if the church remains silent, these evil influences will spread stealthily throughout the entire body. The church must exercise discernment and take decisive action to remain pure.
3. Decisions and Applications
Since "Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed" (1 Cor. 5:7), I must respond accordingly. I commit to "keeping the Festival" not with the old ways, but with the "unleavened bread of sincerity and truth" (1 Cor. 5:8).
Today's Prayer
Lord, let my Passover bread never be the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness. Instead, help me to feast upon the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth, so that I may live a holy and distinctive life today. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
