‘경건한 자의 죽음을 귀중히 여기시는 하나님’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
경건한 자는 고난과 슬픔속에서도 사람과 싸우지 않고 하나님께 나가 기도한다. 자신에 대하여 죽고 하나님께 대하여 산 자다. 기도로 다윗은 주의 구원을 받았다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
내가 기도하면 하나님이 일하신다. 내가 내 생각대로 살면 하나님이 나를 위해 기도하신다. 사망에서 구원받아 주를 사랑한다고 고백한다.
3. 결단과 적용
나는 사람과 싸우는 것에 대해 죽었다. 경건한 자의 영적인 죽음을 주님이 귀히 여기시고 내 기도에 응답 하신다. 내 분노에 죽고 기도하니 주님이 구원하신다.
오늘의 기도
“네 원수를 사랑하고 너를 박해하는 자를 위해 기도하라…그리하면 하나님의 아들이 되리라” (마 5:44-45). 분노와 억울함에 죽어 원수를 용서합니다. 나를 구원하신 주님을 사랑 합니다. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘God honors the death of His faithful servants’
Ps. 116:1–19
1. Observation and meditation on the text
If I truly fear God, I will never fight against people. Instead, I will lift my afflictions and sorrows to Him in prayer. I must die to myself so that I may live for God. Just as David cried out in his distress, he was saved by God through his prayers.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
When I pray, God begins to work. But when I try to do things my own way, God is left to intercede for me. When God delivers me from death in response to my prayers, my heart overflows with thanksgiving, and I confess, "I love you, Lord."
3. Decisions and applications
I choose to die to self by uniting with Jesus rather than fighting against my enemies. Because God considers the death of His faithful servants precious, I know He hears and answers my prayers. When I lay down my resentment through prayer during times of affliction, God delivers me from spiritual death.
Today's Prayer
“Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 5:44–45). Lord, I choose to forgive my enemies today. I crucify my anger and resentment with Jesus, releasing the hurt from their false accusations. In the midst of it all, I confess, “I love you, Lord.” Amen.
