‘성령이 거하는 거룩한 마음의 성전’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
여호와의 영광이 동문을 통해 안뜰로 들어갈 때 성령이 에스겔을 성전으로 인도했다. 성전에 하나님의 영광이 충만했다. 우상숭배를 버리면 하나님이 성전에 영원히 거하신다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
내 마음이 성령이 거하시는 거룩 한 성전이다. 마음이 우상으로 가득 차 있으면 하나님은 내 안에 거하지 않으신다. 철저한 회개로 성령충만한 거룩한 성전이 되라.
3. 결단과 적용
성전의 특성은 하나님이 거하시는 거룩성에 하나님의 영광이 충만한 것이다. 매일 철저히 나를 돌아보고 회개할 때 내 마음에 성령이 거하시고 나는 구별된 거룩한 성전이 되어 오늘도 주님의 영광이 충만하여 주의 영광을 위해 산다.
오늘의 기도
“너희는 너희가 하나님의 성전인 것과 하나님의 성령이 너희 안에 거하시는 거룩한 성전임을 알지 못하느냐? 누구 든지 하나님의 성전을 더럽히면 하나님이 그 사람을 멸하시리라 하나님의 성전은 거룩하니 너희도 거룩하라” (고전 3:16-17). “나는 너희의 하나님이 되려고 너희를 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 낸 여호와라 내가 거룩하니 너도 거룩할찌어다” (레 11:45). 성령충만으로 세상 속에서 살지만 세상과는 구별된 삶, 하나님께 속한 거룩한 삶을 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘God's temple that God's Spirit dwells in’
Ezekiel 43:1–12
1. Observation and meditation on the text
When the glory of God enters through the east gate into the inner court, God leads Ezekiel into the temple, and the glory of the Lord fills the house. God declares that if Israel abandons their idols and detestable practices, He will dwell among them forever in His temple.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
My heart becomes God's holy temple when the Holy Spirit dwells in me. If my inner self is filled with idols that offend God, He cannot reside within me. I want to live as a holy temple of God by repenting of my sins moment by moment.
3. Decisions and applications
The defining characteristics of God's temple are holiness and the fullness of His glory. To live for His glory, I will examine my heart daily before God, repenting of sin so that I may be a holy sanctuary where the Holy Spirit dwells, ultimately glorifying His holy name.
Today's Prayer
"Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple." (1 Cor. 3:16–17). "I am the Lord who brought you up out of Egypt to be your God; therefore, be holy, because I am holy." (Lev. 11:45). Lord, fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that I may live a consecrated, holy life in this generation and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
