‘나를 깨워 회개시키는 닭 우는소리는?’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
절대 예수를 떠나지 않겠다던 베드로가 예수를 3번이나 부인했다. 예수는 이미 모든 인간이 자신을 배신할 것을 예언했다. 나도 예수를 부인 할 때가 있다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
다 죄인이기 때문이다. 나를 깨우쳐 회개시키는 닭 우는 소리는 무엇인가? 내게는 닭 우는 소리는 하나님의 말씀과 또 기도 할 때 깨닫고 회개시키신다.
3. 결단과 적용
“말씀과 기도로 거룩하여 지나이다” (딤전 4:5). 오늘도 말씀과 기도를 통하여 나는 닭이 우는 소리, 나를 깨우치는 소리를 듣는다. 회개하게 깨우치시니 감사 드린다.
오늘의 기도
나도 예수를 알면서도 부인하며 산 때가 많다. 내 생각으로, 내 감정으로 예수 모르는 사람처럼 산 때도 있다. 그 때마다 말씀과 기도가 내게 닭 우는 소리가 되어 계속 깨우쳐 회개하게 해 주소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다.

Mt. 26:69-75
1. Observation and Meditation
Peter, who had boldly guaranteed his faithfulness to Jesus, betrayed Him three times. Jesus knew that all His disciples, including Peter, would eventually fail Him. Reflecting on this, I recognize that I, too, have denied Jesus numerous times in my own life.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
Why does this happen? It is because we are all fallen. What serves as the "rooster’s crow" in my life—the sound that awakens me to repent? For me, it is the living Word of God and the power of prayer. These are the tools that stir my heart and lead me toward sincere repentance.
3. Decisions and Applications
“(Everything God created is good and) it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer” (1 Timothy 4:3-5). Today, I will listen for the rooster’s crow through Scripture and prayer. I am grateful to God for restoring my spiritual sensitivity, allowing me to recognize my sins and turn back toward Him.
Today's Prayer
Lord, looking back, I realize I have denied You both consciously and unconsciously. Sometimes through sinful thoughts or runaway emotions, I have lived as if I did not know You. Yet, in those moments, You provided the "rooster’s crow" through Your Word to call me back. Lord, please continue to awaken my heart, leading me to a life of repentance and obedience. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
