‘마음으로 믿어 입으로 시인해 구원받음’
본문관찰과 묵상
유대인은 율법을 지켜 자기의 의를 세우는데 열심했다. 그리스도 는 율법의 마침으로 하나님의 의가 되었다. 그리스도를 마음으로 믿고 입으로 시인해 구원받는다. 나의 의가 아닌 하나님의 의, 즉 예수가 나를 위해 죽으시고 부활하신 것을 믿고 시인해 구원받는다.
QT 를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
‘나의 나 됨은 하나님의 은혜요.. 내가 다른 사도보다 더 많이 수고 했으나 내가 한 것이 아니요 오직 나와 함께 하신 하나님의 은혜다 (고전 15:10). 나의 의를 자랑하지 않고 그리스도의 의를 자랑한다.
결단과 적용
지난 30년의 목회는 주님이 하셨다. 나는 주 안에서의 자유함 으로 오직 주의 영광을 위해 전심을 다해 순종한 것 뿐이다. 많은 시기 질투와 거짓고소로 치욕을 당해도 나는 복 있는 자다. ‘영광의 영 하나님의 영이 내게 있기 때문이다’ (벧전 4:14). 할렐루야!!
‘By believing Jesus with your heart and by confessing Him with your mouth, you are saved’
Rom. 10:1-13
Observation and meditation on the text
The Jews boasted of their righteousness by keeping the law. However, Jesus Christ has become God’s righteousness by culminating the law. Therefore, whosoever believe in Jesus with their heart and confess Jesus as Lord and Savior will be saved. Whosoever by believing and confessing God’s righteousness that Jesus was crucified and resurrected on behalf of me are saved.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
‘By the grace of God I am what I am and his grace to me was not without effect. I worked harder than all of the other apostles, yet not I but the grace of God that was with me’ (I Co 15:10). I am not boasting of my self-righteousness but the righteousness of Christ.
Decisions and applications
It was God who has done pastoral ministries for the last 30 years. All I did was to offer myself with willingness and voluntary obedience for the glory of God with total freedom in Jesus Christ. Even though I have been falsely accused and insulted out of jealousy and by evil spirit, I have lived as a blessed life ‘for the Spirit of glory and God rests upon me’ (I Pet 4:14). Hallelujah!
