‘떡을 위해 거짓 예언하는 여자에게 속지 말라’
본문관찰과 묵상
몇 조각의 떡을 얻기 위해 거짓말로 예언하는 여자들이 있었다. 죽지 않을 자를 죽이고 살지 못할 자를 살리는 여자 들이 다시는 허탄한 묵시를 보지 못하고 점복도 못할 것이라는 심판을 받았다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
오늘날에도 예수의 말씀과 성령의 감동이 아닌 자기 마음대로 예언하는 거짓 선지자들이 많다. 하나님은 결코 하나님의 백성이 그들의 손에 사냥물이 되지 않게 하시고 구원하신다.
결단과 적용
오늘도 신비주의 혹은 영지주의에 속아 예언을 받으러 다니며 거짓영에 속아 사는 젊은 여자들이 많다. ‘어리석은 여자들이 여러가지 욕심에 끌린바 되어’ 속는다. 말씀과 기도로 항상 자신을 살피지 않으면 금방 속는다. 이런 자들은 교회에서 쫓아 내야 한다.

Observation and meditation on the text
There were several women who prophesied falsely for a couple of bread. God judged them that they would never see any false visions nor practice divination because they would kill those who should not have died and have spared those who should not live.

Even nowadays there are so many false prophets who prophecy out of their own imagination instead of being inspired by the Holy Spirit. However, God would never let God’s people hunted as prey by them. Rather, God will save God’s people from them.
Decisions and applications
There are many women who are searching for prophets for their blessed life by being deceived by mysticism or Gnosticism. Some ‘foolish and gullible women are loaded down with evil desires’ (I Tim 3:6) and easily deceived by evil spirit. Unless I take a careful probe on my inner being every day, I shall be deceived too. The Bible teaches the church must kick them out of church.
