‘천하인간이 구원받을 이름은 예수다’
본문관찰과 묵상
앗수르 왕이 사마리아의 유대인을 앗수로 포로로 데려간후에 주변의 많은 이방인들을 사마리아로 이주시켰다. 그들이 하나님을 섬기지 않자 하나님이 사자들을 보내 몇 사람을 죽였다.
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
앗수르 왕이 하나님을 섬기는 법을 가르치게 하려고 제사장 한 사람을 보냈다. 그러나 이방인들은 각기 자기들의 신을 산당을 세우고 섬겼다. 또 여호와도 섬겼다. 모든 신들을 섬기는 혼합주의로 사마리아는 타락하였다.
결단과 적용
이스라엘은 망했어도 이방인들도 하나님을 섬기는 법을 가르쳤다. 그러나 그들은 하나님을 알면서도 섬기지는 않고 자신들의 신을 섬겼다. 단지 또 사자들에게 죽임을 당하지 않으려고 하나님께 제사드렸을 뿐이다. 이런 혼합주의가 오늘도 횡행하고 있다. 나에게 도움이 된다면 어느신이고 다 받아드리는 만유신론이 갈수록 많이 퍼진다. 이런때에 오직 예수 그리스도를 전해야 한다. 천하 인간에 구원받을 만한 이름은 예수 밖에 없기 때문이다.

Observation and meditation on the text
After deporting the Israelites from Samaria to Assyria, the king of Assyria Shalmaneser brought several gentile tribes from surrounding nations to live in Samaria. They did not know how to serve God, and God sent lions to kill some of them.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
The king of Assyria sent one of the priests to teach Samaritans to serve God. However, the gentile tribes made their own gods and put them in the shrines at the high places. At the same time they served the Lord. Samaria got corrupted by serving all gods and fell into pantheism.
Decisions and applications
Even though Israel was destroyed, some gentiles learned about the Lord. However, they did not serve God but their own gods. They just gave their sacrifices to God not to be punished by God through lions any more. Today, such a pantheism is prevalent in the world. If anything can give me a blessing, people do not mind accepting any gods, which accelerate pantheism. Therefore, the more people serve idols, the more I must preach the gospel. There is no other name for us but the name of Jesus by which we are saved.
