‘약속의 땅은 하나님의 뜻대로 주어진다.’
본문 관찰과 묵상
가나안에 들어가기 전에 하나님은 이스라엘이 취할 땅의 동서남북 경계를 선포했다. 확실하게 유산으로 주어질 것이다. 그땅은 9지파 반이 제비뽑기를 통해 유산으로 받게 했다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
구약의 제비뽑기는 하나님의 뜻에 전적으로 맡김을 말한다. 오늘은 하나님의 말씀에 따르면 된다. 요단동편의 땅은 이미 갓, 르우벤, 므낫세 반지파에게 주셨기에 서편의 땅은 나머지 지파에게 주셨다. 공평하신 하나님이 지파의 숫자에 따라 배분해주셨다.
결단과 적용
오늘 내가 받은 각양 은혜의 유산은 하나님이 내 그릇에 맞게 공평하게 주신것이다. 감사로 받고 불평하지 않고 남과 비교하지 않는다. 주신 유산으로 오늘도 최선을 다해 주님께 영광돌린다.

Observation and meditation on the text
God declared the boundaries of the promised land in all directions before they entered the land. It would be allocated to them for sure by God. Furthermore, the land would be allocated to the 9 and half tribes by casting a lot fairly.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Casting a lot in the OT had a symbolic meaning that people committed everything according to God’ will by faith. Today, I can discern God’s will by God’s words, the Bible. The east side of the Jordan River was allocated to the Gadites, the Reubenites, and the half tribe of the Manasseh. The west side of the Jordan River would be allocated by God’s will fairly by casting a lot to the 9 and a half tribes.
Decisions and applications
What I have received from God as my portion of inheritance is a fair allocation fitting to my capacity. Therefore, I have received them with thanksgiving, and I never compare my inheritance with others. I simply make the most use of it for the glory of God today.
