‘백향목 꼭대기의 연한가지가 예수’

하나님은 독수리와 포도나무 비유를 설명했다. 바벨론이 유다왕 시드기야와 세운 맹세와 언약을 무시했다. 애굽을 의지했지만 도움받지 못하고 망했다. 하나님과의 언약을 배반한 유다는 망한다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
하나님은 백향목 꼭대기에서 연한 가지를 꺽어다가 이스라엘의 높은 산에 심으실 것이다. 그 가지가 무성하고 열매를 맺어 각종 새가 깃들이며 살 것이다. 그 가지는 예수 그리스도다.
결단과 적용
왕 중의 왕으로 세움 받으신 독생자 예수 그리스도는 첫째, 아버지 하나님의 뜻대로 공의와 정의로 통치하신다. 둘째, 열방이 예수께 나와 천국백성으로 하나된다. 셋째, 예수 믿고 구원받은 자들을 통해 하나님이 하나님이신 것이 열방에 선포된다. 넷째, 나도 나의 구원의 주 예수 그리스도를 열방에 전도, 선교하며 살아가리라!

Observation and meditation on the text
God interpreted his parable of the two eagles and the vine to Ezekiel. Judean king Zedekiah despised the oath with Babylon by breaking the covenant. He relied on Egypt, but he was destroyed without any help from them. Likewise, Judah who despised the oath with God by breaking it would be destroyed.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
God would plant a tender spring from the topmost shoots on a high lofty mountain in Jerusalem. It would produce branches and bear fruit so that birds of every kind would nest in it. The tender spring is Jesus Christ.
Decisions and applications
The only begotten son, Jesus Christ has been enthroned as the king of all kings. First, Jesus will reign the whole universe with justice and righteousness of God according to God’s will. Second, all nations will come to Jesus and nest in it as the people of God’s kingdom. Third, those who have been saved by Jesus will witness that he is the Lord and God. Fourth, I will also keep on witnessing Jesus who is my Savior and Lord to people.
