‘예수께 순종하는 자는 사람에게도 순종한다’
본문 관찰과 묵상
예수의 말씀과 경건에 관한 교훈에 순종하는 자는 상전이 불신자이건 신자이건 함부로 대하지 않고 경건으로 대한다. 이 경건 함을 버린 자는 경건을 이익의 방도로 오용, 남용한다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
경건은 예수를 통해 나타난 하나님 되심이다. 경건한 자는 예수의 겸손과 성실함으로 모든 사람들을 섬긴다. 사람들을 나의 이익의 도구로 사용하지 않는다. 그러나 경건의 모양만 있는 자는 경건의 능력이 없어 공동체에 분란과 갈등을 일으킨다
결단과 적용
사람은 겉 사람 보다 속 사람이 어떤 가 가 중요하다. 나는 요즈음 나의 속사람을 연단하고 있다. 억울하고 화나는 일이 많을 수록 이를 다스리는 훈련을 하나님은 하게 하신다. 고난당하고 사는 것이 내게 유익이 될 줄 믿기에 잠잠히 십자가 지고 하루하루 살아간다.

Observation and meditation on the text
Those who obey Jesus and his teachings of godliness never fail to serve both unbelievers and believers with godliness without any discrimination. However, those who disdain godliness never fail to misuse and abuse godliness as means to meet their fleshly desires.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Godliness is the essence of God, which has been revealed to us through Jesus Christ. Those who believe in Jesus serve all kinds of people with Jesus’ humility and sincerity. They never misuse or abuse people to live by their covetousness. Such hypocritical people who show off outwardly the form of godliness always bring about divisions and disunity in a community because they don’t have the power of godliness.
Decisions and applications
What matters is not in any form of my outward look but the power of the essence of godliness in my inner being. Nowadays, I keep on disciplining my inner being with the living word of God and prayers. The more I have afflictions by the false accusations the more God disciplines me to control my feelings. Since I know to be afflicted will bring about goodness eventually, I take up my cross and follow Jesus day by day.
