‘예수는 하나님이 주신 권세로 나를 구원했다’
본문관찰과 묵상
예수는 십자가에서 대속적인 죽음으로 죄인들에게 영생을 줌으로 하나님께 영광을 돌리기를 기도했다. 그러므로 예수 그리스도를 아는 것이 영생이다. 영생받은 사람들은 하나님이 예수께 주신 아버지께 속한 사람들이라고 했다.
QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성
예수믿고 구원받아 영생얻은 자들은 예수의 구원받게 하는 권세가 아버지로부터 온 것을 안다. 예수가 전한 말씀도 아버지의 말씀으로 받고 예수가 아버지로부터 보냄받은 것을 안다. 구원받은 사람은 예수가 하나님인 것을 안다.
결단과 적용
나는 예수를 만남으로 하나님을 만났다. 그리고 예수의 말씀을 믿어 구원받고 죄인이 목사가 되었다. ‘나의 나됨은 하나님의 은혜다’(고전 15:10). 오늘도 그 은혜로 예수가 구원자시오 하나님이심을 전파하고 산다.

Observation and meditation on the text
Jesus prayed to God that he wanted to glorify God by giving sinners everlasting life through his redemptive death on the cross. Therefore, to know of Jesus Christ is everlasting life. Jesus declared that those who had received everlasting life belonged to God.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Those who have received everlasting life by believing in Jesus Christ know that Jesus’ authority for salvation was from God. They know Jesus’ words are God’s words Jesus received from God, and they know that Jesus was sent by God too. Therefore, those who have been saved know that Jesus is God.
Decisions and applications
By meeting Jesus I have met God. And by believing in Jesus such a sinner like me have come a servant of God. ‘By the grace of God, I am what I am’ (I Co 15:10). Therefore, by his grace today I am boldly witnessing Jesus who is my Savior and Lord.
