‘예수 그리스도밖에 소망이 없다’

솔로몬 자신이 이런왕이 되기를 기도했다. 그러나 그는 그런왕이 되지 못했다. 결국 솔로몬의 기도는 예수 그리스도에게서 완성되었다. 정의와 공의로 약자와 가난한자를 구원하시는 왕중의 왕은 예수 그리스도다.

왕중의 왕 예수 그리스도만이 그 이름이 영원하며 그로 말미암아 모든 민족이 구원을 받으며 모든 민족이 다 그를 복되다 할 것이다. 열방이 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 이스라엘의 하나님을 찬양할 것이다.
결단과 적용
세세무궁토록 예수 그리스도의 이름과 영광이 온 땅에 충만하리라. 전쟁과 탐욕과 잔인함이 갈수록 더해가는 악한 이 세상에 오직 소망은 예수 그리스도 한 분 밖에 없다. 마라나타 주 예수여 어서 오시옵소서!

Observation and meditation on the text
Solomon prayed to become such a king. However, he could not make himself such a just and righteous king all the way to the end. After all, Solomon’s prayer was completed in Jesus Christ. He is the only King of Kings who reigns with justice and righteousness, who is the real King of Kings.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Only Jesus Christ is the King of Kings, and his name endures forever, and His light will continue as long as the Sun. And all nations shall be saved by him, and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is their blessing. All nations shall praise the God of Israel due to Jesus Christ.
Decisions and applications
