‘성령으로 시작하여 육체로 마치는 자들’
본문관찰과 묵상
성도들이 복음을 듣고 믿어 성령을 받았다. 그런데 교회속으로 이단이 들어왔다. 율법의 행위를 강조했다. 이들은 성령으로 시작하여 육체로 마치는 자들이다. 아브라함은 하나님의 말씀을 듣고 믿음으로 살아 모든 이방인들도 믿음으로 구원받고 믿음의 조상 아브라함과 함께 믿음으로 복받는다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
나 행한 것은 죄 밖에 없다. 나의 죄 값을 치러주시려 십자가에서 생명을 던져 내 생명을 살리신 예수를 믿음으로 나는 구원받았다. 아브라함이 하나님을 믿음으로 의롭다함을 얻은 것처럼 나도 믿음으로 아브라함의 후손이 되어 복을 받고 산다.
결단과 적용
오늘도 복음을 듣고 믿음으로 거듭난 나는 하나님의 아들 예수를 그리스도로 하나님으로 믿는 믿음으로 의롭다 칭함을 받고 산다. 나의 행위를 자랑하지 않는다. 이천 지구촌 교회의 집회에 큰 은혜를 주셨다. 이제 PGM컨퍼런스와 아시아 권역선교사대회에도 오직 예수를 믿음으로 모든 동역자들이 큰 은혜를 받아 믿음의 조상 아브라함의 후손으로 복 받기를 기도한다.
‘Beginning by the Spirit but finishing by the flesh?’

Observation and meditation on the text
People were baptized by the Holy Spirit when they heard the gospel and believed it by faith. Heretics infiltrated into the church. They emphasized the works of the law. They were the heretics who began by means of the Spirit, but to finish by means of the flesh. Abraham believed in God’s words when he heard from God by faith. Anyone who believe in God’s words by faith shall also be saved and be blessed with Abraham by faith, who was the Father of faith.
Decisions and applications
All what I have done is committing sins. However, by faith in Jesus Christ who has revived my defunct life by being crucified to pay the ransom for my debts of sins I have been saved. As Abraham was justified by believing in God, I have also been blessed by God as a descendant of Abraham by faith in Jesus Christ.
Decisions and applications
I am living as being justified by believing in Jesus Christ as God’s son and Messiah for me by being born again to hear and believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I never boast of my self-righteousness. God has blessed a lot on the revival at Ichon Global Church Revival Meeting. I keep on praying for PGM Missionaries in the region of Asia as well as PGM Missional Church Conference so that all of us may believe in Jesus Christ so that we may be blessed as descendants of Abraham who was the Father of Faith.
