‘매일의 삶을 영적인 예배로 드려라’
본문관찰과 묵상
은혜로 구원받은 자는 교회에서나 매일의 삶 이 영적인 예배자로 살아야 한다. 첫째, 하나님이 기뻐하시는 일을 하는 것이 영적인 예배다. 둘째, 내게 주신 은사로 믿음의 분량대로 겸손히 섬긴다.
QT 를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
예언, 섬김, 가르침, 위로, 구제, 다스림과 긍휼의 은사는 ‘한 몸된 교회를 섬기는 은사’다. 내게 주신 은사로 하나님이 공급하시는 힘으로 섬긴다. 분수를 넘어서지 않는다. 가정, 교회, 직장, 일터, 삶의 현장이 주님이 기뻐 받으시는 산 제물로 드리는 영적 예배다.
결단과 적용
PGM 500여명의 선교사들이 영적인 예배자로 살도록 기도한다. 또 연장교육을 통해 자신이 받은 은사로 섬기도록 돕는다. 다른 사람들의 은사를 존중하여 하나될 때 공동체를 통해 주님께 영광 돌린다. 나 자신을 주님이 기뻐 받으시는 산 제물로 드린다.
‘Offer your daily life as a spiritual worship’
Rom. 12:1-8
Observation and meditation on the text
If I am saved by the grace of God, I am called to offer my daily life as a spiritual worship to God. First, spiritual worship means to please the Lord whatever I may do. Second, I serve my community according to the faith God has distributed to me for my community in humility.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Such spiritual gifts as prophecy, serving, teaching, comforting, giving alms, leading, and mercy are called ‘body ministry gifts’; it is given to me to serve my community. I serve my community with the strength God provides. I never try to serve beyond the function of my spiritual gift. I offer myself as a living sacrifice which is holy and acceptable to God at home, church, work in my daily life with God’s given gift, which is my spiritual worship.
Decisions and applications
I pray for 500 PGM missionaries so that all of us may live as a spiritual worshipers. I must encourage them to serve according to their gift in the mission field through various continuing educations. We can glorify God by respecting other servants’ gifts so that PGM may be united as one body. I offer myself as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God in my daily life.
