‘성벽 없는 성읍을 불로 둘러싼 성곽으로’
본문관찰과 묵상
예루살렘을 측량하는 자가 나왔다. 다른 천사가 성벽 없던 예루살렘이 여호와의 불로 둘러싼 성벽이 되리라 했다. 포로로 끌려갔던 북방에서 돌아와 사람과 가축이 넘치는 성벽 없는 성이 되리라 예언했다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
하나님은 하나님 되심을 스스로 나타내신다. 첫째 죄로 말미암아 포로로 끌려갔던 백성을 돌아오게 하신다. 둘째 섬기던 바벨론을 노략거리 되게 하신다. 셋째 많은 나라가 그의 소유가 되게 하신다.
결단과 적용
나를 변화시켜 주신 하나님은 나의 변화된 삶을 통해 영광 받으시 며 하나님이 하나님 되심을 나타내신다. ‘나의 나 됨은 하나님의 은혜다’ (고전 15:10). 나를 불로 싼 성벽 이 되어 악한 공격에서 지켜 주님의 소유가 되게 하셨으니 오직 주의 영광만을 위해 살리라!

Zec 2:1-13
Observation and meditation on the text
A craftsman with a measuring line came out. Another angel declared that the city of Jerusalem without walls would be surrounded by God’s fire. Those who lived like prisoners in Babylonian captivity would return home, and Jerusalem would be a wall-less city because of the prosperous of the great number of people and animals in it.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
God reveals Godself by himself. First, God reveals Godself by having the Babylonian exiles return home. Second, God would have them plunder the Babylonians. Third, by having many nations belong to God.
Decisions and applications
God who has transformed me will be glorified and revealed Godself through my transformed life. ‘By the grace of God, I am what I am’ (I Co 15:10). Since God has surrounded my life with God’s fire to protect me from the attacks of evil spirit by adopting me to belong to God, I will live to glorify the Lord only by witnessing Jesus Christ all the way to the end of my life.
