‘나와 함께 동역한 사람들의 이름은?’
본문관찰과 묵상
바울은 뵈뵈 편에 로마교회에 편지를 보냈다. 바울은 그 편지에 자신과 동역한 많은 동역자 들을 로마교회에 소개했다. 바울의 보호자 뵈뵈, 바울을 위해 목숨까지도 내놓은 브리스 길라, 아굴라.

그 외에 수많은 남녀 유대인, 이방인 등을 자랑스럽게 추천했다. 나는 30년의 목회후에 나를 보호해주고 나를 위해 자신들의 목이라도 내놓는 동역자가 지금 나의 주변에 있는가? 살펴본다.
결단과 적용
평안할 때에는 내 주변에 많은 사람들이 있었다. 내게 고난이 닥치자 그 많던 사람들은 나에게 진실여부도 묻지않고 거짓말에 속아 나로부터 등을 돌렸다. 처음에는 많이 아프고 억울했지만 지금은 다 치유되었다. ‘나로 말미암아 너희를 욕하고 박해하고 거짓으로 너희를 거슬러 모든 악한 말을 할 때에는 너희에게 복이 있나니 기뻐하고 즐거워하라 하늘에서 너희 상이 큼이라 너희 전에 있던 선지자들도 이같이 박해하였느니라’ (마 5:10-12).

Observation and meditation on the text
Paul sent a letter to the church in Rome by Phoebe. In his letter, Paul recommended many of his coworkers to the church in Rome such as Phoebe who was the benefactor of Paul, Priscilla and Aquila who risked their lives for Paul.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
Beside them Paul recommended many dedicated Jewish, and gentile Christians proudly. I look around me carefully to find any benefactor and coworkers who may risk their lives to defend and protect me from the false accusers.
Decisions and applications
There were so many people around me when we lived in peace. However, many people betrayed me when I was falsely accused without checking whether it was true or not. At the beginning I was severely wounded but now I am completely healed by the words of Jesus Christ. ‘Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you’ (Matt 5:10-12).
