‘바울의 땅끝까지 선교의 이유와 전략’
본문관찰과 묵상
바울이 당시의 서쪽 땅끝 서버나로 선교가려는 이유가 몇가지 있었다. 첫째, 유대지방에 더 이상 교회를 세울 곳이 없었기 때문이다. 둘째, 로마에 들려 쉬며 저들의 후원을 받아 서바나로 가기를 원했다. 셋째 먼저 예루살렘에 구제헌금을 전달키로했다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
이는 마게도냐와 아가야 지방의 이방인 성도들이 예루살렘 교회 성도들에게 구제헌금을 보낸 것을 전달하려 한 것이다. 이방인에게 영적인 복음을 선물로 주었더니 이들의 물질적인 것으로 섬겼다.
결단과 적용
땅 끝 선교의 성경적 원칙 첫 번째는 교회가 없는 곳, 서바나로 가는 것이다. 둘째, 로마교회의 후원을 받는것이다. 셋째, 로마교회 에도 영적인 복음을 전해 육적인 후원을 받는다. 마게도냐, 아가야 의 이방인에게 복음전했더니 저들이 예루살렘교회에 육적인 도움을 주었다. 영적인 도움을 받은 자는 육적인 도움으로 갚는다.

Observation and meditation on the text
Paul had several reasons for his desire to carry out a mission to Spain, which was considered the westernmost part of the known world at that time. First, there were no more places left in Judea where he could establish new churches. Second, he wanted to stop by Rome to rest and receive their support before going to Spain. Third, he had first decided to deliver the relief offering to Jerusalem.

This was intended to deliver the relief offering that the Gentile believers in Macedonia and Achaia had sent to the saints in the church of Jerusalem. The Gentiles were given the spiritual gift of the gospel, but they instead served them materially.
Decisions and applications
The first biblical principle of missions to the ends of the earth is to go to Spain, where there is no church. Second, to receive support from the Roman church. Third, to spread the spiritual gospel to the Roman church and receive physical support. When the gospel was preached to the Gentiles in Macedonia and Achaia, they provided physical support to the church in Jerusalem. Those who have received spiritual help repay it with material help.
