‘하나님을 영원한 거처로 삼는 자의 축복’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
인간의 날수는 죄로 말미암아 풀과 같이 짧고 수고와 슬픔으로 살다 죽는다. 그러나 지혜로운 자는 영원하신 하나님 안에서 영원히 산다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
죄로 말미암아 당한 고통의 날 수만큼 죄 사함 받은 자는 영생의 기쁨으로 산다. 주가 행하신 구원이 나와 내 자손들의 삶을 견고하게 하신다.
3. 결단과 적용
나의 삶은 죄로 인한 많은 고통도 있었다. 그러나 예수 믿고 구원받은 후의 삶은 고통 당한 만큼 기쁨과 소망이 넘치는 천국의 삶이었다. 오래 사는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 어떻게 사느냐가 중요하다. 주님과 함께 끝까지 살아가리라.
오늘의 기도
주여, 오늘도 나의 남은 날수를 계수하는 지혜를 주소서. 얼마 남지 않은 이 땅에서의 삶에 미련두지 말게 하소서. 주님이 거하시는 천국이 나의 거처 되게 하사 오늘도 주님과 영생을 누리며 살게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다.
‘Blessings for those who dwell in the Lord’
Ps. 90:1-17
1. Observation and Meditation
Moses confesses that human life is as brief as grass, often filled with trouble and sorrow. However, he acknowledges that the truly wise are those who dwell with God forever, finding their permanence in Him.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
Through this Psalm, I hear the Lord saying: If I am pardoned for my sins, I can live an everlasting life filled with joy, a joy that outweighs the suffering I once endured because of my transgressions. Salvation, driven by God’s zeal for sinners, makes my life and the lives of my descendants steadfast and invincible.
3. Decisions and Applications
In retrospect, I experienced a season of extreme suffering due to my past sins. However, since being liberated from condemnation, I have experienced a "heavenly life" in Jesus that more than compensates for those agonizing years. I realize now that longevity is not what matters; what matters is how I live the life I am given. My decision is to remain in God’s dwelling place, walking closely with Jesus every day.
Today's Prayer
O Lord, fill me with Your wisdom so that I may rightly number my days. Empower me to let go of any lingering attachments to this earthly life. May Your heavenly dwelling place be my home, so that I may enjoy everlasting life in and with You today. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
