‘하나님이 참 목자를 보내신다’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
하나님이 친히 목자가 되사 포로로 끌려간 백성을 본토로 데려와 먹이고 치유하고 안전하게 살게 한다. 또 참 목자 다윗과 예수 그리스도를 세워 양들이 노략거리 되지 않게 한다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
하나님은 거짓 목자, 거짓선지자를 심판하신다. 그리고 하나님의 양을 구원하고 돌보신다. 예수는 다윗의 후손으로 육체를 입고 오셨기에 참목자다.
3. 결단과 적용
“사랑하는 자들아 영을 다 믿지 말고 오직 영들이 하나님께 속하였나 분별하라 많은 거짓선지자가 세상에 나왔음 이라” (요일 4:1). 말씀과 기도로 영을 분별하며 살리라.
오늘의 기도
“예수 그리스도께서 육체로 오신 것을 시인하는 영 마다 하나님께 속한 것이요…시인하지 않는 영이 적 그리스도의 영이라” (요일 4:2). 특별한 지식을 육체를 입고 오신 예수보다 더 높이는 이 시대의 영지주의자들을 분별해 속지 않게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
‘God sends us the true Shepherd’
Ezekiel 34:11-24
1. Observation and meditation on the text
In Ezekiel 34, God promises to step in as the true Shepherd for Israel during their Babylonian exile, bringing them back to their homeland. He commits to feeding, healing, and protecting them so they can live in safety and peace. Ultimately, God fulfills this promise by appointing David—and ultimately Jesus, David's true descendant—as the ultimate Shepherd who ensures His sheep will never be plundered.
2. I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
The Lord strongly rebukes and judges false shepherds and prophets who exploit the flock. Instead, God Himself takes direct responsibility to save, restore, and care for His sheep. Because Jesus came in the flesh as a descendant of David, He is our living, true Shepherd who laid down His life for us.
3. Decisions and applications
"Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1). I will actively test every teaching and spirit against the truth of God’s Word and through persistent prayer to avoid being led astray.
Today's Prayer
"This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God..." (1 John 4:2). Lord, grant me the spiritual discernment to recognize the deceptive spirits of our age—including modern forms of Gnosticism that elevate human logic and secret knowledge above the saving truth of Jesus Christ. Keep my heart grounded in Your Word so that I am never deceived. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
