‘복음과 함께 고난을 받는 이유’
본문관찰과 묵상
복음과 함께 고난을 받는 이유가 있다. 첫째, 예수안에 있는 은혜속에 강하기 때문이다. 둘째, 나를 부르신 예수를 기쁘게 하기 때문이다. 셋째, 예수와 함께 죽으면 예수와 함께 살기 때문이다.
QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
고난을 피하려 불법을 행하지 않는다. 복음을 전하는 자가 감옥에 갇혀도 복음은 능력이기에 절대 매이지 않는다. 택함 받은 자의 구원이 전도의 미련한 방법으로 이루어지기에 말씀을 전한다.
결단과 적용
나도 복음을 전하다가 아내와 함께 체포되어 끌려간 적이 있다. 처음에는 당황했지만 심문을 받는 동안에 평안이 넘쳤다. 나는 잡혔어도 복음은 매이지 않았다. 주와 함께 죽으면 주와 함께 부활 할 것을 믿기에 오늘도 담대히 예수를 증거하며 산다.

Observation and meditation on the text
There are several reasons why I willing to suffer for the gospel. First, I can endure sufferings because I am strong in the grace of Jesus. Second, I please my Lord Jesus because I am called by him for the sake of the gospel. Third, I will live again with Jesus if I die with Him.
I hear the voice of the Lord through QT
In so doing, however, I do not do anything illegally to avoid suffering. Even though I am incarcerated, the gospel will never be chained because it is the power of God. I witness Jesus Christ in afflictions for the sake of the chosen ones because salvation is fulfilled by the foolishness of evangelism.
Decisions and applications
Several years ago, I was arrested with my wife by a secrete agencies in a country because of witnessing Jesus Christ. I was frustrated when I was interrogated at the beginning, but immediately my heart was filled with peace because the gospel was not chained even when I was circumscribed. Since I believe that if I die with Jesus I will live again with Jesus, I am willing to witness Jesus in any circumstances and environments.
