‘정치적인 원수도 예수안에서 하나됨’
1. 본문 관찰과 묵상
예수가 택해서 부른 제자들은 예수가 주신 권세와 능력을 받았다. 이스라엘 백성을 구원하러 다니면 하나님이 다 먹이시고 입히시니 하나님만 의지하라고 했다.
2. QT를 통해 듣는 주님의 음성
가는 곳에서 합당한 자를 찾아 그 집에 머물며 평안을 빌어주면 그들이 복받고 합당하지 않으면 그 평안이 내게 돌아온다. 세리 마태는 로마에 의존했고 열심당 가나안 시몬은 로마에서 독립하려 싸웠다. 정치적으로 달라도 예수안에서 하나되었다.
3. 결단과 적용
나를 불러 주신 주님이 모든 것을 공급하신다. 능력과 권세도 주셔서 사역을 감당케 하신다. 교회는 정치적으로 의견을 달리해도 예수안에서 영혼을 구령하러 하나가 되어야 한다.

성도들이 교회안에서 정치적인 다른 견해로 싸우지 않게 하소서! 야당도 여당도 다 예수 안에서 하나 되게 하소서! 한 영혼을 주님께 인도해 구원받도록 성도들이 다 하나되게 하소서!
‘Political Enemies Can Be United in Jesus’
Mt. 10:1–15
1. Observation and Meditation
The disciples were chosen and called by Jesus and received his authority and power. Jesus promised to provide for their needs as they sought out the “lost sheep” of Israel. Because of this promise, it was only natural for them to rely entirely on the Lord rather than their own resources.
2. Hearing the Voice of the Lord
I hear the Lord telling me that wherever I go to witness, I should seek out those who are receptive. When I pray for them, God's peace and blessing will rest upon them if they are deserving; if not, that peace will return to me. I am also struck by the diversity of the disciples: Matthew, the tax collector, once relied on Rome, while Simon the Zealot fought for independence from Rome. Although they held opposing political views, they were perfectly united in Jesus Christ.
3. Decisions and Applications
I trust that the Lord who called me will provide for my daily necessities. He has granted me the power and authority to carry out His mission. Even when my political views differ from others, I must prioritize unity in Jesus to reach and save lost souls.
Today's Prayer
“Lord, I pray that no one within the church would argue with one another over differing political views. May those in both the opposition and ruling parties find unity in Jesus, working together to lead even one soul to salvation. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.”
